An AI-powered chatbot trained on custom course materials can provide students with on-demand clarification of concepts and help them get “unstuck” while working through tasks. This session will demonstrate the process for building a course chatbot using Ed Discussion’s Bots++ tool, which is available in all Penn courses.
The intended audience for this workshop includes instructional designers, LSPs, and other technology staff who support instructors interested in integrating this tool into their courses.
