Graduate instructors face a range of time commitments, especially at the end of the semester. In their own teaching, they have to plan and meet their classes or recitations, prepare students for final exams and papers and then find time to grade those assessments. Beyond those responsibilities, graduate students must balance their own coursework and research alongside their teaching. This workshop will provide graduate students with ways to make best use of the time they have to spend on their teaching commitments and to prioritize what they (or their professor) hope that their students will get out of the semester.
