Stepping into a teaching persona often requires a bit of role-playing. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn to think about their teaching persona in an intentional way. Through discussion, participants will reflect on how their personality and identities relate to students, consider ways to navigate the teacher-student relationship, and leave with effective teaching strategies to best facilitate student learning.
