Making Group Work Work

Facilitator: Bianca Mers, CETLI Graduate Fellow, City and Regional Planning

While group work is a regular feature of many courses, people often have mixed feelings about their group work experiences. This interactive session will cover the benefits of group work for both students and instructors, as well as how to navigate potential challenges that may arise. Participants will have the opportunity to experience and practice different group work methods and will leave with actionable tools and strategies they can implement in their classrooms that can help make group work a smoother, more rewarding experience for all.
