Advocating for Yourself: Navigating Your Role as a Researcher and Teacher

Being a TA with demands from both a research advisor and teaching professor can be a lot. This workshop will discuss how to exactly navigate this in between space and advocating for yourself and needs, while aiming to meet the demands of your advisor and professor.

All graduate students are welcome. This event grows out of concerns in the Neuroscience department, and so may be most useful to students in related fields.

Snacks and light refreshments will be provided.

Counts toward the CETLI Teaching Certificate.
