Fundamentals of Inclusive and Equitable Teaching

This discussion will explore inclusive teaching practices to help all of our students to thrive to the best of their abilities. Recognizing that identities shape the experiences of Penn students, we will consider evidence-based teaching strategies for increasing academic belonging, improving transparency and creating course structures that support more equitable learning – particularly for our underrepresented students.
