As you prepare for teaching your first classes at Penn, you are encouraged to consult with CETLI staff about the culture of teaching at Penn as well as with department chairs and administrative staff for advice specific to your department or program.

The links below may provide helpful guidance and information before you arrive, as you plan your courses, enter the classroom, move through the semester, and wrap up your first term.

CETLI programs also offer faculty opportunities to talk with faculty from across campus to support their development as instructors throughout the academic year. To get monthly updates on these events and other CETLI teaching resources, sign up for the CETLI listserv.
