Lectures, recitations, office hours, and even grading have a limited time. Even with a good plan, there might be contingencies that prevent one from delivering the job with a given time constraint. In this workshop, we articulate some of these situations and discuss either actions to handle these situations or strategies to avoid them from happening. Moreover, we will talk about some general time management tips in the end.
