Ellen Rhudy

Ellen is a member of the Instructional Design and Technology team where she consults with school teams and program leadership on the design of new online offerings and programs, with a focus on building partners’ capacity to develop school-based online learning. Ellen also collaborates with instructors and course teams on all phases of the design and development of online learning experiences.

Before joining CETLI, Ellen worked in a variety of education-centered roles, including teaching at the elementary and college levels, and supporting faculty as an instructional designer at The Wharton School. As an instructional designer in the corporate space, she consulted with clients on the design and development of a wide range of online, hybrid, and in-person learning programs, with a focus on innovative and accessible design. Ellen earned her Master of Public Administration at Penn’s Fels Institute of Government, and her MFA in Creative Writing at Ohio State.
